The challenge
Restaurant Mii Soo is an Asian restaurant with a Malaysian touch in central Örebro. A small restaurant with a passion for food and limited knowledge in online marketing. Restaurant Mii Soo initially had no ownership of their profile on Google, they had several other profiles that were published on various platforms but without the ability to manage these. Because their knowledge and time to handle this manually was not available, they searched for a tool to streamline and manage their information without others being able to decide what information they would show to the outside world. Restaurant Mii Soo has since the start had many satisfied customers, which has resulted in many reviews received, these reviews were now unanswered as the staff did not have the tools to easily answer and manage reviews they received via several different social media.
Solution
Act Local started by collecting the company profiles that were published on most platforms. By connecting these to Act Local's system, the owner was given the opportunity to control his information from one and the same place for the first time. The restaurant now also got a booking link that is displayed to anyone who sees their profile on Google. All reviews are gathered in an inbox along with all Instagram posts made from the restaurant. It now became very easy to get an understanding of what was said about the company online. Since the start of the collaboration in April 2018, restaurant Mii Soo has gone from about 3,500 impressions / month to having more than 11,000 impressions in December 2018.
