About you
We are looking to hire an experienced, Customer-oriented excellent Telesales Executive to join our team to contribute and generate sales for our Company.
We deliver a local SEO and marketing service for our clients and focusing on SMB’s (Small – Medium Businesses). We help our clients to find new customers through Google and social media and manage how their reputation been shown online.
Responsibilities:
– Consistently make a good first impression when calling leads.
– Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities.
– Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
– Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner.
– Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times.
– Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm.
– Developing & sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Your work assignments
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience in a sales-related role, preferably in telesales.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Fluent in the English language; bilingual a plus.
- The personable and friendly tone of voice
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to handle being rejected and remain calm and collected.
